Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you close the payment window or your payment is declined, no money is charged. If your bank shows an amount as held, it is a temporary authorisation by your bank and is released automatically — we never capture it unless the payment succeeds.

If you were charged ₹99 and your detailed report or certificate did not unlock, contact us at support@neurovantiq.com with your name and the email or phone used at payment. We will unlock your report first; if we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the full amount.

• Request a refund within 30 days of payment by emailing support@neurovantiq.com.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
• A refund removes access to the detailed report and certificate for that assessment.

The system prevents double charges for the same report. If you believe you were charged twice, contact us and any genuine duplicate will be refunded in full.
